Start with the material
Keep wood pulp, bamboo pulp and airlaid as separate material descriptions. For the selected product, confirm the actual composition, color and construction instead of treating the names as interchangeable.
State two sizes
List unfolded length × width and finished folded size in cm. A square 1/4 fold halves each side. A cutlery pocket or multi-panel fold needs its own dimensioned drawing.
Approve the visible face
Place the artwork on the fold drawing, identify the face presented to the guest and confirm the print size. Check the real sample so a logo does not cross the fold or embossed border unintentionally.
Confirm the packing
List sheets per pack and packs per carton independently. Compare quotes using the same material, dimensions, construction, print and pack counts.
