Protect the product
Discuss moisture protection and carton integrity for paper products. For hardware, review surface protection, small-part retention and movement inside the carton.
Reconcile counts and labels
Match each SKU, pack count, carton count and mark to the packing list. Specify pallet requirements and handling details when applicable.
Agree handover evidence
Request the photos, quantity records and shipping information that are needed before dispatch. Do not substitute a generic photo for the agreed shipment record.
