Send usable artwork
Provide the original logo/design, text, required colors and print size. Confirm that the artwork can be used for the intended product.
Use the actual product template
For napkins, identify unfolded and folded views. For cups, use the chosen printable area and seam reference. Avoid placing critical text across folds or joins.
Approve color on an agreed reference
A monitor preview is useful for layout but does not define physical print color. Agree a color reference and a sample/proofing approach.
Control revisions
Label the approved artwork revision and keep the packing artwork consistent. Any change after approval needs to be reviewed before production.
